Addition to the Funds Team - Megan Wright and Simon Orriss

Stuarts Humphries is proud to welcome new Attorneys, Megan Wright and Simon Orriss, to the firm.

Megan joined the Stuarts team as an Associate in 2019 having previously worked in the Corporate department of Michelmores LLP in the UK where Megan worked on a wide range of high value and complex cross-border corporate transactions including M&A, private equity/ venture capital investments, capital markets transactions, and general corporate advisory work with a focus on private wealth. Prior to her career as an Attorney, Megan worked in business development in UK private banking.

Simon joined the Stuarts team as an Associate in 2019 having previously worked in the Corporate department of Taylor Vinters LLP in London where Simon worked on IPOs and secondary issues as well as acquisitions, investments and disposals.

Megan and Simon have joined Stuarts’ busy funds team as a much needed resource to continue our firm’s growth.
