Buck has over 20 years specialist experience advising on Cayman Islands Law.
His practice areas include: ordinary resident, exempted and special economic zone companies, company formation and foreign company registration under the Companies Act, corporate and commercial law advice, matters relating to the Registered Land Act and Regulations including the sale, purchase, leasing and development of real estate; bank and private party financing particularly in the context of real estate development; Stamp Duty Act and Land Holding Companies Share Transfer Tax Act issues; Trade and Business Licensing Act and Local Companies (Control) Act applications; work permits and work visas, residency, the right to be Caymanian and other Immigration Transition Act applications and appeals; Development and Planning Act matters; Labour Act, National Pensions Act and Health Insurance Act requirements, and Wills and Probate applications.
