Stuarts Attending FIRE Americas: Cayman 2024

Stuarts Partner and Head of Litigation Richard Annette and Senior Associate Adam Russell-Knee will be attending FIRE Americas from 5-7 June 2024 in Grand Cayman.

The conference is presented by Thought Leaders 4 (TL4 FIRE) and brings together leading asset recovery and insolvency professionals from across North America, South America and the Caribbean to cover content on all the key regions generating work for international practitioners.

The conference includes 24 international speakers across three days (5-7 June 2024) and will be hosted at the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman.

Topics will include cross border cooperation between foreign insolvency practitioners, duties of full and frank disclosure, enforcing judgements beyond borders, dealing with distressed SPCs and various workshops such as negotiation skills & settlements.
