The Insurance (Portfolio Insurance Companies) Regulations 2015

Following the implementation of the Regulations on 6 January 2015, The Insurance Act, 2010 was amended to allow for a segregated portfolio company to register subsidiary companies as portfolio insurance companies with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
