Kessyrene Linwood-Hall

Kessyrene is a Corporate Administrator with Stuarts Humphries and joined our team in 2022.

Kessyrene focuses on Cayman Islands corporate administration, regulatory, and local business matters.  She regularly works with large institutional clients and regulated entities. Kessyrene brings over 20 years' experience to the team, having previously worked in top tier global financial institutions and major Cayman Islands law firms; as well as working with the Portfolio of the Civil Service of the Cayman Islands Government for several years.

Kessyrene assists our corporate and investment services team with maintaining detailed and organized entity records, preparing corporate communications, and making sure the entities are operating within the confines of the relevant laws and regulations.

Kessyrene’s extensive experience of working with the Cayman Islands Registry and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and other government financial entities as well as her responsive and professional approach ensures that our clients meet their regulatory requirements.

• University College of the Cayman Islands - Associate of Arts Degree with a concentration in Business Administration
• Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) – Certificate in International Trust Management
• International Compliance Association (ICA) – Certificate in Compliance
