Stuarts Funds Article in HFM Week Cayman Report 2016

Chris talks about the core changes to the funds industry in the Cayman Islands in the last year. Some of these changes include; an update on the AIFMD Passport Regime, the updates on both The Mutual Funds Act and the Securities Investment Business Act, the Common Reporting Standard Regulations, CIMA and Mutual Fund Filings and the enactment of the Cayman Islands Limited Liability Company.
