Stuarts Advises Initial Purchasers and Collateral Agent on $480M Airport Securitisation Financing

Stuarts Humphries is pleased to have advised in the role of Cayman Islands counsel to the Initial Purchasers and Collateral Agent in a $480 million securitisation of a portion of revenues of the Norman Manley International Airport (“NMIA”) for the Government of Jamaica.

As Cayman counsel Stuarts supported US counsel Milbank LLP in advising the Initial Purchasers, and US counsel Mintz LLP in advising the Collateral Agent.
