Stuarts Advises Oro Agri on Stock Exchange Listing

Stuarts has advised Oro Agri SEZC Limited (“Oro Agri”) on the admission of its shares on the official list of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange (“CSX”).

Oro Agri is an agricultural solutions company specialising in environmentally friendly patented solutions for the agricultural market world-wide. Their admission to the CSX is expected to help further strengthen Oro Agri’s presence as a leading manufacturer in the agrichemical industry.
