Jasper Humphries is a member of the corporate and specialist investment funds team at Stuarts assisting with the registration of funds and ongoing compliance issues.

Jasper joined Stuarts as a Paralegal in 2022 and provides corporate and registered office services to various entities. Jasper is responsible for the registration and winding down of entities as well as the ongoing maintenance and administration of them.

Jasper assists our corporate and investment services team by maintaining detailed and organised entity records, preparing corporate communications, and ensuring the entities are operating within the confines of the relevant laws and regulations.
