Peter is based in Kelowna, BC and established the Cay Solutions Limited office in 2008 where he leads the team in the provision of corporate administration and management services.
Prior to joining Stuarts Walker Hersant and subsequently establishing Cay Solutions Limited, Peter was a manager at three financial institutions based in the Cayman Islands: Deutsche Bank (Cayman) Limited, Fortis Bank (Cayman) Limited and Caledonian Bank & Trust Ltd. His extensive career also includes service with Barclays Bank plc and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in the United Kingdom and as a Chartered Secretary for a media company. Peter has administered the full range of Cayman entities including exempted limited companies, exempted limited partnerships and Special Purpose Vehicles.
Peter is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) as well as the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS), professional bodies of the UK.
