Buck advises on Real Estate, Planning, Corporate and Commercial, Immigration, Employment and Business Licensing Law and other regulatory matters.
Buck joined Stuarts in 2009 and is a former Cayman Islands Assistant Collector of Customs. Buck was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in 2002 after graduating from the Cayman Islands Law School/University of Liverpool with an honours Law Degree in 1999. He obtained his professional practice qualification from the Cayman Islands Law School/Queens University, Belfast in 2000.
Buck undertook his professional training at Walkers and has worked in real estate, local licensing, civil and criminal litigation, international and commercial trusts and corporate law. Buck currently is a member of Stuarts’ Real Estate and Local Business Department where he advises on a wide spectrum of matters, including:
