Irvin Banks Local Practice - Cayman Islands Law Irvin was admitted as an attorney to the Cayman Islands Bar in 2003, having trained for five years with the law firm of Hunter & Hunter in the Cayman Islands. Irvin specializes in local litigation practice work in the areas of employment law, land and property disputes, immigration issues, debt collection, intellectual property, contract, tort, personal injury, insolvency, asset tracing and company law generally. Prior to joining the legal profession Irvin enjoyed a varied 30 year business career in the Cayman Islands in the areas of retail, restaurant and entertainment. Previously in the UK, Irvin was a musician during the sixties "pop" music craze and lists the Cavern Club (of Beatles fame) in Liverpool as one of the many venues he has played. |
